The Summers Insurance Agency is continuously looking for good future employees.  As the agency continues its rapid growth, there will be a need for:

 

• Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)

• Agency Producers

 

Customer Service Reps (CSRs) service all in-bound calls, and help with the administrative effort of managing an expanding business. They are highly organized team-players, effective communicators, and compassionate individuals. CSRs have great computer skills, and can multi-task efficiently.

 

Agency Producers are entrepreneurs and are sales orientated.  They will be thoroughly trained in all phases of the business and will have the opportunity for unlimited income, based on commissions from new business and the renewals from previously sold policies.  In addition to great training, we will provide financial assistance for the first 12 months as a new candidate is learning the business and developing his/her policy base.
